 The premiere of Trans Am takes us to Indianapolis Motor Speedway Grand Prix circuit running 22 laps.

Lap times?
I think I was in the 33's with the few cars I tested

i ran some times didnt bother to check my times because i know im not fast. and heads up i get off work at the exact same time the qualifying rooms go up. so if you are in my room i may be pretty late to host.

The Mercury feels like extremely hard work around Indianapolis, i will admit, its a circuit im not overly confident on at the best of times, but i have been working hard and im now running fairly consistent late 1:32's / low 1:33's. 

 Looking forward to the race though, i know three of the four ATP guys will be here this week, unfortunately ATP Flying Ace will be missing for the opening round.

well, I don't much like the track, I'm not sure I've pcked the right car, and I'm short of practice. But I *am* going to be racing tonight

First race for a while, and I think it showed.
Made a couple of mistakes while getting out the way being lapped, and a couple more with nobody around.

Then the xbox locked up as soon as I got back in the lobby after the finish.

Yip, that was real good fun tonight chaps......

Not sure which is worse tho, controller batteries failing or losing to ATP USA......

Well done all, 16 big cars into turn 1 and no real issues.......

There were no paints in my replay, wanted to take some pictures.

Yep, unfortunately no paints for myself either so no photos which is a shame, although i also had just my paint load and will pop the replay on the storefront as i do with all my stuff.

 The racing itself was fantastic, i will admit that these are the ideal cars at the ideal speed for myself and the Mercury just sounds fantastic. I cant explain the time in qualifying, it was just one of those laps that was never close to being repeated throughout the night, pole meant the glitch in the pits, which isnt an issue for myself, and getting out front, i was hoping to try and take an advantage in the twisty bits where the Mercury was very good, unfortunately though TG Bobwithajob had the speed on the straight, which made for a fantastic battle and well, coming off the final bend side by side for the win at Indianapolis, it was that close. 

Its a shame about the paints not loading for what appears to be everyone, i know Jeep, Schuey ad Lightning had the same issue, as well as myself and now Facepalmer, but will make up for it at laguna Seca next Saturday hopefully.

does anyone have the race results or a picture? I'm sorry guys for having to leave the middle of the race.
